The eighth chapter discusses three good reasons to live. The ninth chapter looks at personality traits that are seen in people with self-destructive behavior. The tenth chapter examines triggers to suicide and provides strategies for warding off feelings of self-deprecation in advance. The eleventh chapter provides help for coping with the suicide of a friend or loved one, and the twelfth chapter provides answers to common questions about suicide.
