The Secondary Principal's Job Satisfaction in Relation to Two Personality Constructs.

A sample of 225 secondary level public school principals completed a questionnaire assessing manipulativeness, job satisfaction, and locus of control. Results showed external locus of control positively associated with manipulativeness and low job satisfaction. Internal locus of control was positively related to nonmanipulativeness and high job satisfaction. (JHZ)
