This course curriculum is intended for use by community college instructors and admnistrators in implementing an automated accounting course. A student course syllabus provides this information: credit hours, catalog description, prerequisites, required text, instructional process, objectives, student evaluation, and class schedule. A student lab guide contains summaries of sample transactions for the months of October 1986 to March 1987. Students are expected to make journal entries and worksheets for each month. The instructor's course syllabus outlines prerequisites, required text, equipment needs, instructional process, student evaluation, and course sequence.
