Abstract:

The zone is the core unit of industrial development and is an important component in both promoting urban development and achieving energy conservation and emission reduction. The evaluation model and evaluation indicators system for low-carbon zones based on blockchain technology are defined in this standard. The technical and management requirements are also defined. The purpose is to support and promote the construction of a credible regulatory environment and carbon emission reduction ecosystem.
Scope:
This standard defines an evaluation model and evaluation index system for using blockchain in low-carbon zones, combining carbon emission scenarios and zone types. It also defines the technical and management requirements for using blockchain in low-carbon zones, including carbon accounting data sources, data storage, data interaction, data accounting, emission factor database establishment, carbon accounting method selection, and prediction.
Purpose:
This standard aims to define evaluation models and technical requirements for using blockchain in the definition and evaluation of low-carbon zones, to support and promote the construction of a credible regulatory environment and carbon emission reduction ecosystem.
