Abstract:

This document establishes a blockchain service capability model, including four levels: basic, expansion, optimization and leading, which are indicated by I, II, III and IV respectively from low to high. At the same time, it stipulates the requirements that the service capability at all levels shall meet in terms of organization, personnel, technology, resources, and management processes.
Scope:
This standard defines a framework of service capability which includes the technology, human resource and qualifications of the entity and provides a set of indicators for the evaluation of service capability. It also proposes evaluation methods for the blockchain industry.
