Donald E. Walker

Donald E. Walker is president of Southeasterr Massachusetts University. He is the author of a number of publications in the areas of counseling, collective bargaining, and the role of the college and university president. His most recent book is The Effective Administrator (San Francisco: Jossey-Bass, 1979).
